Flexible Trip Dates
Just select any of our popular trips, along with your preferred departure date. The trip price will be determined by the size of your group. After you have booked your trip (with a 50% deposit), we will list your trip as open, and we'll invite other interested guests to join us.
- If we're able to fill your trip with other guests, a price adjustment will be made for all participating guests, based on the group size.
- Price adjustments (if applicable) are applied to the payment balance (due thirty days prio to your trip departure).
- For safety reasons, a minimum group size of two (2) guests is required.
Reservations
Call 1-800-KAYAKER to reserve space today, or contact us using our online form. A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. The balance is due 30 days prior to the trip departure.
Price per person
Includes: all charter transportation, 2 person kayaks with accessories; emergency communication, signaling and first aid equipment; all cooking gear, utensils and superb meals; water bottles; 2 person tents; sleeping bags and pads; rain gear, rubber boots and dry bags.
A 2.5% fuel surcharge has been added to the price on all trips requiring charter transportation for 2008.
Not included: personal clothing, getting to and from the departure town and activities before and after the trip; a 2% sales tax; guide gratuities.
Cancellation Fees
At the time we receive notification that you must cancel your trip, the following fees will apply. All dates are from departure date:
- Over 30 days: $50.00 fee (per person)
- Between 29-14 days: 50% of the trip cost
- Less than 13 days: 100% of the trip cost
- Reservation Changes: $50.00 fee (per person)
